This product is hypoallergenic, odourless and economical. Model 1 is recommended for light to medium flow, younger women who haven’t given birth and active sportswomen. The diameter of the Lunette menstrual cup model 1 is 41 mm by 47 mm in length. The stem measures 25 mm. The volume of the cup is 20 ml.

1. Wash hands
2. Fold in on itself to make flat and then in half to form a C shape
3. Insert in vagina and check the cup has fully opened
4. Empty 2-4 times a day
5. To remove grasp bottom of cup and squeeze gently to break seal (do not pull out using steam alone)
6. Clean before and after use
