These wipes are good for you and for the environment, made from viscose which is a biodegradable material that breaks down quickly. The disinfecting wipes are great for cleaning your cup but are not suitable for personal use.  

Wipe cup and dry cup with a tissue and then disinfect with a wipe. Let Cup dry completely before inserting.
