Vegan Protein Balls

Wonderful Protein Balls, cooked with lots of vegan love.💚

Ingredients
  

  • 150 g dried dates
  • 60 g nuts
  • 1 scoop vegan protein powder
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 30 g dried cranberries
  • Coconut flakes to roll

Instructions
 

  • Soak dates and nuts in boiling water for 15 minutes. Drain the water. Blend nuts until lightly crushed and put it aside. Now blend dates, vegan protein powder, cocoa powder, coconut oil and peanut butter until very creamy.
  • Add hemp seeds, cranberries and the crushed nuts and mix it.
  • Shape into balls and roll it in coconut flakes.
