Brazilian Cheese Bread
A Brazilian favourite and traditional recipe, in its vegan version, Brazilian Cheese Bread or 'Pao de queijo' a delicacy you can't miss!😋and always cooked with lots of vegan love💚

- 300 g potatoes
- 200 g tapioca starch
- 50 g sour cassava flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup water
- 5 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 15 g nutritional yeast
Firstly, cook the potatoes in salty water until soft, smash them and put it aside.
In a small pot, boil the water, oil and salt together. In a bowl, mix the tapioca starch, cassava flour and baking powder. Add the boiling ingredients. Mix it.
Add the smashed potatoes and nutritional yeast and mix them until you can shape the dough. Shape it in 50g balls.
Spray a tray with vegetable oil, put the pieces of bread and bake it at 180 degrees C for around 30 minutes.
