What is your delivery area?
Why don't you deliver to my area?
As a young business starting out we felt it was best to start with deliveries to areas we know we can get to on time. While we'd love to open up our delivery areas to all suburbs from the get-go, this will inevitably lead to disappointment when we can't deliver to the timeframe you request.
Please be patient with us though, we will open up our delivery area range as soon as possible. Please keep an eye on our website where we will update shoppers with areas we add to our delivery range
Your prices are cheaper than other places I shop, is there something wrong with your stock?
No there is nothing wrong with our stock, nor is the expiry date approaching. We simply know how hard you work for your coin and want to thank you, not only for shopping with us, but also for being our vegan amigo. We don't have the same overheads as other businesses and can bring you delicious vegan food at really competitive prices.
Additionally, if we can make you happy with our price points, we know you will recommend us to your friends, family and colleagues
You don't seem to stock a huge range of products, why?
Bear with us, we are working on expanding our product offering so you can order everything you need from us
You don't stock some of my favourite snacks, why?
A lot of work has gone into ensuring we don't stock products with palm oil and so unfortunately, your favourite chips or chocolate bar may not appear on our page because of that ingredient. We are passionate about not supporting the palm oil industry. We do however stock a great range of alternatives we know you will love and enjoy knowing no animals or villager lost their life for an ingredient we feel is totally unnecessary
What if I'm not home when my order arrives?
Our delivery times are Monday to Friday 5.30pm-9.30pm, Saturday and Sunday 9am-9pm.
On the requested delivery date, you agree to be available to take delivery. We aim to deliver all orders to you in person hence our later delivery times.
As most of our products are frozen, we do not leave orders at the door or outside home, but if you think you are not going to be home at the delivery time, please leave an esky or ice box/bag so we can leave your order there. Please leave us a note when placing your order with a designated safe place. Your items should stay cool and safe for at least 1 hour. When you order with us, you agree to our Terms and Conditions which states that we cannot be held liable for missing orders if you elect to have your order left rather than take delivery in person
We don't provide cold boxes or ice bricks unfortunately.
I arranged an order to be left on my front verandah but when I got home it wasn't there, can I get a refund?

I received my order and noticed the packaging was damaged on one of the products, can I get a refund?
We take every care when packing your order to ensure everything is perfect before delivering to you but we acknowledge we might miss something. f this is the case, please contact us by phone as soon as possible and let us know so we can arrange a replacement product. We don't want to let you down so depending on the problem, we'll even throw in a freebie
I spend over $100 every order, can I get free delivery?
Absolutely! This is our standard offer for all orders over $100*
*All purchases of physical groceries of $100.00 or more qualify for free delivery. Gift cards are electronic products and are not included in the free delivery offer.
I've got a party to arrange and need catering but you don't deliver to my area, how can I make it happen?
Please drop us an email at email@example.com and let us know what you have in mind. We can make arrangements depending on the details
You donate to charities, why?

Why I can't get free shipping if I purchase a Gift Card along with my products?
All purchases of physical groceries of $100.00 or more qualify for free delivery. Gift cards are electronic products and are not included in the free delivery offer. Also, if you only purchase Gift Cards (and not physical groceries) you will not incur any delivery fees.
